Business Opportunity for Aerial Photographers Worldwide

Waite Air Photos Inc. (the parent company of Global Air Photos) is offering dealerships with territories to qualifying applicants wishing to set up an air photo business with respect to the placing of images on the Internet. Dealers are given information from 'the ground up' with respect to camera equipment, film types, aircraft, negative care and filing - right through to computer equipment, software, and the building of the web site. Additional costs will include the cost a medium-format camera with two or three lenses, a computer, and software.

A dealership includes the placing of the initial 2 maps and first 250 images on the internet. Aggressive dealers should be fully operational and on the internet with a minimum of 1,000 images within 3 months.

"I initially piggybacked on another server's site at the cost of $1750 Canadian for 14 months. The site was about 20 'pages' and generated virtually no traffic. I later contracted the site out to the 'experts' at $75 and $100 an hour and again ended up with nothing. In the end a high school student began building my site under my supervision. He taught me the language of the internet and I've been learning ever since. My hard costs, excluding my time, has easily been $25,000. I am ready to pass on my knowledge at $5,000 American. Dealers can be up and running and making money from the internet within three months. Five years ago I was communting into the larger cities Mondy through Friday with a van loaded with air photos to show to potential clients. As vehicular traffic increased I was making fewer and fewer calls (and less sales) and often would be caught in traffic jams when the weather broke and I should have been in the air taking photographs. A dealer's web site may be placed on any server in the world but will come under the Global Air Photos umbrella for symbiotic advertising.

Cost in American funds (payable before the commencement of teaching)
$5,000.00

Annual fee in American funds for research and development and a link to Global Air Photos Web Site $500.00

As an option, aerial photographers can submit 6 cm x 7 cm color negatives with their corresponding 4" x 5" prints to Waite Air Photos Inc. for placement on the internet. The negatives remain the property of Waite Air Photos Inc. indefinitly. Royalties are paid to the submitting photographers on a 60/40 ratio photographer/Waite Air Photos Inc. for all digital sales on 40/60 ratio photographer/Waite Air Photos Inc. for all hardcopy prints. A fee of $10.00 per image (Canadian) is charged by Waite Air Photos Inc. for the placing of images on the Internet which is recovered from royalty payouts. The aerial photographer sets the pricing.
